At Renu Prosthodontics, we are committed to delivering exceptional, personalized dental and prosthodontic care. As a fee‑for‑service practice, we are not contracted with dental insurance plans. This allows us to prioritize the highest quality materials, advanced techniques, and individualized treatment plans—without limitations set by insurance carriers.

We believe this model provides our patients with the most comprehensive and thoughtful care possible. 

Your oral health, function, and long‑term well‑being remain at the center of everything we do.

What It Means to Be Out of Network

Being out of network means:

  • We are not restricted by insurance fee schedules.

  • We recommend treatment based solely on what is best for your health and long‑term outcome.

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • You may still receive reimbursement directly from your insurance company depending on your specific plan.

Many patients with PPO plans can still use their benefits at our office, and we are happy to help you maximize reimbursement.

Helping You Use Your Insurance Benefits

Although we are not in network, we assist you with your insurance in the following ways:

  • Preparation and submission of insurance claims on your behalf.

  • Claim documentation including narratives, images, and diagnostic records.

  • Guidance on expected reimbursement based on your plan.

Please note that actual reimbursement amounts are determined by your insurance company and plan provisions.

Payment Options

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we offer several ways to pay:

  • All major credit cards

  • Debit cards

  • Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

  • Checks

  • Third-party financing options, including:
