This is the absolute best dental office ever. The staff is wonderful. They are friendly and caring. I have never waited more than a minute once I arrive for my appointment. Dr Chao is just so nice and extremely skilled and definitely knows what she is doing. The surgery that she performed on me was life changing. Besides not having any pain after the experience was the most positive dental experience I have ever encountered. Besides that I have the most beautiful smile as a result. I would highly recommend Dr Chao. Best chair side ever. Her staff is top notch as well. Love this office.

I cannot thank Dr. Nguyen and her staff enough for their time and the patience they've shown. I needed a crown for a front tooth and it was a struggle to find someone who was honest and would put the time into making my smile beautiful again! Dr. Nguyen spent hours with me making sure I was happy with both the temporary and permanent crown! Even though she's out of network for my insurance, I chose her and I'm so thankful I did! This process of waiting to get a crown took almost two years! I was at my wits end when I found Pleasanton Prosthodontists and I love the staff so much I decided to make them my main dental office for cleanings etc.
