I cannot thank Dr. Nguyen and her staff enough for their time and the patience they've shown. I needed a crown for a front tooth and it was a struggle to find someone who was honest and would put the time into making my smile beautiful again! Dr. Nguyen spent hours with me making sure I was happy with both the temporary and permanent crown! Even though she's out of network for my insurance, I chose her and I'm so thankful I did! This process of waiting to get a crown took almost two years! I was at my wits end when I found Pleasanton Prosthodontists and I love the staff so much I decided to make them my main dental office for cleanings etc.

Dr. Chao’s BioClear was the best rejuvenation procedure for me! Nothing like a bright, young smile can do more to reverse your perceived age. I did not ask Dr. Chao to make me look younger, but when I looked at the mirror as she finished with correcting and strengthening my teeth, I was amazed by seeing my much younger and brighter face! Dr. Maggie Chap is excellent! She pursued every avenue to help with my implants. I seen a dentist previous to her and he just wanted to remove my implants rather than correct the issue. She did a lot of research to correct all my issues. AWESOME Prosthodontist!

Testimonial: A New Smile from the Heart -- thanks to Dr. Chao's Dental Magic! As the daughter of one of Dr. Chao's patients, I am here to share my mother's story - a testament to Dr. Chao's expertise, compassion, and ability to transform lives. My mom, Lisa, had been struggling with ill-fitting partial denture for a long time. Despite the numerous adjustments made by her previous dentist, none could meet her dream of a partial that not only fits but would also allow her to eat nuts. It turned out, her journey to perfect partial denture would end with Dr. Chao. From the onset, Dr. Chao's approach was different. She seems to have a unique skill in denture making, ensuring the fit was perfect for my mom. The first follow-up at two weeks saw an adjustment to the right side of the partial denture that was causing some discomfort when eating. The relief was immediate, showcasing Dr. Chao's mastery. At the one-month mark, my mom reported that while eating didn't hurt, there was a bit of discomfort due to the partial touching the gum on the left side. Dr. Chao promptly addressed this, and to my mom's delight, she was able to eat nuts without any issue - a feat that once seemed impossible. During the denture making process, Dr. Chao's keen eye noticed a problem that had been overlooked. During the second visit, she discovered that one of my mother's teeth was infected. Even though my mom did not feel any pain when eating, the X-ray confirmed this. Dr. Zhao immediately sent the X-ray to my mom's existing dentist for a root canal. Upon learning that Dr. Chao also offered crown services, my mom requested her to handle the crown placement. She placed a temporary crown first, and my mom's trust in her skills was well-founded. In addition, Dr. Chao also addressed other existing issues that were causing my mom physical and emotional discomfort. My mom had a front tooth that sticks out, causing her embarrassment. She also had a tooth that had a rough edge and a gap that caused food to get stuck. My mom had raised these two issues with previous dentist or denture maker, and was told those can't be fixed. Not so for the amazing Dr. Chao! She noticed and fixed those problems on her own without making a fuss. My mom cannot believed when she looked into the mirror the nicely fitted front tooth alignment, it really made her day! Now, my mom can also floss comfortably, as Dr. Chao smoothed the rough edge and narrowed the gap. In conclusion, Dr. Chao has done more than just fit my mom with a well-fitted partial: she has demonstrated an exemplary level of care, skill, and commitment to her patients. We used to dread taking my mom to the dentist, as often she comes home frustrated after a dental visit, hurting with pain and being told her issues cannot be fixed. Dr. Chao changed all that: she has not only realized my mom's dream of a perfect partial but also significantly improved her overall dental health. On behalf of my mom, Lisa, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Chao. She has given my mom a reason to smile again, and for that, we are eternally grateful.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Maggie Chao. She is extremely competent, knowledgeable, skilled, and caring. She makes sure that every detail is done beautifully. I got a full set of zygomatic implants and I was quite anxious about the long and complicated procedure. She walked me through and literally held my hand throughout. The surgeon, her counterpart, Dr. Ali Alijanian, was also superb. I could not be happier with new beautiful set of teeth and the ability to eat carrots and apples! I feel so blessed to have found such outstanding people to take care of me.

Dr Chao was absolutely amazing. One of the best doctors I have ever seen before in my life. I was seen right away and she was so friendly and kind and made me feel so comfortable there. I could tell she really cared about me as a patient and wanted me to get the best care for the least amount of money. She knew that I was struggling with money and really really helped me to and get the best job possible saving the most money possible. She was successful at fixing my implants and I am so confident that she did it correctly. And I don’t even have to go back for a second time, so I do not have to pay anything else. I will definitely go back to her if I ever have any issues. I highly highly recommend her to anyone that needs dental procedures.
